Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping Australia Only (no international orders) We ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Free Shipping Free shipping is available on case orders (Case of 6 or more bottles).
Age Verification By placing an order with Prestige Spirits, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. We are required by law to verify the age of the recipient at the point of delivery. A signature and proof of age may be required upon delivery.
Delivery We are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Someone 18+ must be available to sign for the delivery. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a card with redelivery instructions.
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@prestigespirits.com.au. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
