Refund policy

• We accept online returns if you are not satisfied with your online purchase on full priced items within 7 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return an item, please contact info@prestigespirits.com.au.
• Items must be unopened and in original packaging, or are to be unworn and with the original swing tags attached.
• If you wish to exchange for another size or different item, please pop in a pre-paid postage bag with your address on it so we can send out the new item straight away.
• We do not offer refunds or exchange on sale items so please choose carefully.
